From logo and logotype direction and design, to marketing and branding visual communication ARC needed a fresh new look online, print and email.
Working as lead on this helped ARC to refresh their aging website. From the ground up from Design, Development and Deployment ARC was reinvented to work with site visitors, members and employees to visualize a web presence that was equally as engaging and motivating as Tony himself.
Direct Mail campaign was redesigned to give a more lifestyle orientated approach featuring impressive results:
When comparing previous results (design-tests from existing designs) The new direct mail designs pulled higher overall responses.
Product specific list mailing improved from .76% (previous) response to 1.07% (new designs).
The general mailing improved response rate from .44% (previous) to .98% (new designs).
Broadcast / Digital Delivery:
Anthony Robbins was one of the first to bring motivational events to more people than ever though possible. Leveraging the latest satellite technology at the time, Robbins embarked on digital delivery of live events via proctored in theater venues which interacted simultaneously with Tony and his live performances / seminars. This was at the time groundbreaking and created the need for stings and broadcast design in addition to existing DVD’s and web events. See below for a digital delivery product sting:
The Next Level Newsletter was redeveloped from the ground up. Providing a consistent and timely reminder to keep customers and members of the ARC.com website and events informed through a value-added monthly mailing that had as much content as most magazines. All of this data and information was transformed into a streamlined customized newsletter for users to engage, interact and share valuable tips, articles and pre / post event prep information.
